Staffing Ratios
At minimum, The Lily Pad Daycare follows the Arizona Staff to Children Ratios which is as follows:
Age Group Staff: Children
1-year-old children 1:6 or 2:13
2-year-old children 1:8
3-year-old children 1:13
4-year-old children 1:15
5-year-old children not school age 1:20
