Hi, my name is Joby Lucchesi and I am The Lily Pad Day Care Director. I have my degree in Early Childhood Development and have worked in the Early Childhood field for over 38 yrs. I have had the opportunity to work just about every position with children, from Teacher’s Aide, Assistant Teacher, Teacher, Director, Family Development Advocate, Director and Area Manager. I have a genuine love for children and a passion for their development and am excited to be a part of The Lily Pad team to bring some educational and stimulating activities to children each day.
