Registration & Eligibility

We are currently accepting applications in all classrooms at this time!

The Lily Pad Daycare offers full-time and part-time daycare programs before and after school. Childcare is available year-round for children ages 1 year old through 12 years. Children 5 years of age and under must attend the daycare a minimum of 2 days a week (the only exception is employee children, children enrolled in grade school and summer months).  Parents may pick up a registration packet, which will be completed and reviewed with the Director before the child will be accepted for our program.

The registration packet includes the DHS required documentation of enrollment, full name, age, address, home, and work phone numbers, child release information, medical information, emergency card (which includes two emergency contacts), and a copy of the child's immunization records. When registering, please have this pertinent information ready. Emergency blue cards must be updated annually and as changes occur.

The Lily Pad accepts children of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally made available to the children of the center. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, and preschool administered programs.

Enrolled children that have not attended the Lily Pad Daycare for 30 calendar days, will be automatically disenrolled from the daycare. To re-enroll your child, you will need to submit a newly completed registration packet which will be reviewed with the Director before the child may be re-enrolled back into the daycare.

Accommodations (Special Needs)

Children with special needs will be accepted after an evaluation is made to determine whether or not the center can be beneficial to the child's development.

Individualized Care

Appointments should be made with our Director to develop an individual care plan for your child. This will ensure that he or she will get the most positive experience out of their time at The Lily Pad. At this time, you will be able to discuss contracts, payment, and beneficial programs for your child.
