Registration fee is $40 dollars per family and is due upon enrollment. Daycare registration and tuition fees are nonrefundable.
Employee Rate:
If you are an employee of The Gardens Rehab & Care Center, The Lingenfelter Center, West Kingman Pharmacy, The Lily Pad Daycare payment will be made through our payroll deduction services if you choose. Employees receive a discounted rate of $3.00 per hour with a cap of $25.00 per day.
1 Yr. Olds per day including snacks: (Choice of bringing cold lunch or purchase hot lunch ($3.00) per day.
4-5 days $170 per week
3 days $100 per week
2 days $70 per week
2 Yr. Olds per day including snacks: (Choice of bringing cold lunch or purchase hot lunch ($3.00) per day.
4-5 days $160 per week
3 days $115 per week
2 days $75 per week
Before and After School Care: (Ages 6-12)
$5 per hour for any portion of an hour (minimum of 2 hours, 3 days a week)
or
$30 per day for non-school days ($150 per week school breaks)
Preschool Hours and Rate:

Preschool only (8:00am-12:00pm)
